Fashion retailer Suzanne Grae has tapped Profero Sydney as its digital marketing partner following a three-month pitch.
Profero was hired to help the fashion brand move online, by establishing an e-commerce platform and a social media presence.
“During the pitch process Profero demonstrated the ability to build a deep understanding of our brand, customer and business needs,” Profero brand manager Claire Scapinello said.
“The resulting solution was strategically grounded and provided an exciting glimpse of where we could take Suzanne Grae online."
Suzanne Grae uses McCann Erickson as its creative agency. The brand appointed the creative agency in December last year, following a three way pitch that also involved M&C Saatchi and The Works.
Suzanne Grae is part of the Sussan Group, which also includes fashion retailers Sportsgirl and Sussan. The Sussan Group uses MediaCom for its media buying.
Suzanna Grae has about 200 stores nationally.
