Creative Director or Team. | $150K++

Boutique TTL agency. Equity opp. Rising stars. Current awards. Sydney - $150K++

This is a great opportunity for a talented CD or team that may be dreaming of setting up their own agency at some stage. That stage may just have arrived.
You'll need about 8-12 years experience (max), be working at a top flight agency and currently have your name/s featured amongst the award shows.
You won't necessarily need to have been Group Head/s yet, but be on the verge of it or at least have demonstrated (partly to yourselves) that you do have good mentoring and potential management capabilities.
You'll get the sort of money you'd hope for at your next big agency gig, but with the added bonus of sharing in the earnings of the company.
This boutique agency has a rock steady (quality) client base and is financially sound, but they are now ready to take a step up creatively.
A strong media neutral portfolio/reel will be expected. TV through to Social Media (and in reverse).
This truly is a unique opportunity and is going to take the right talent to be in the right head space (from a career/life POV) to recognise it.
A rare chance to walk into an existing agency with a pool of steady clients already in place and get paid a full salary from day one plus share in the returns.
Present your CV's and folios to hear more.
Salary(s) will dependent on experience and whether there's 1 or 2 of you.

NOTE: The salary quoted is inclusive of Superannuation.
