Asprey Creative is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Design Director with at least 10 years industry experience and an instinct for excellent design to run the design team in our Fitzroy studio.

This is an exciting and dynamic position that will involve working predominantly in FMCG packaging, along with identity, literature, signage and web design. You will need to be able to verbalise and demonstrate a profound understanding of brand strategy and be innovative in your approach to solving design challenges.

This is a leadership role that requires creative staff management, presentation skills, the ability to mesh creativity with marketing needs, and a sense of humour.
